Q: Payment Options:
A: We except Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and money orders (NO PERSONAL CHECKS). Please be aware that if you pay by checking account thru Paypal it can take up to 4 business days for the payment to clear. We do not ship out orders until payment has cleared. International orders have to pay using Paypal. NO International Money Orders
Q: Order Processing:
A: We strive to ship out all orders within 48 hours of receiving them, but this is not always possible. Rest assure we want you to get your order as fast as you do!
Q: Shipping Charges:
A: We charge a flat shipping charge of $5.00 for orders under $40.00. Orders over $40.00 ship for FREE. No matter how many products you purchase shipping is never more than $5.00. These rates are for the Untied States only.
Q: Shipping Methods:
A: Our main shipping service is the United States Postal Service using Priority or First Class Mail. International packages ship USPS First Class Mail International.
Q: Returns:
A: All items are on a per case bases. Please contact Marnie at Shimmerskincare@comcast.net if there is a problem.
Q: Insurance:
A: We will replace any item that is not received within 30 days (45 days for International) of shipment. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation. We will not replace any item that is confirmed delivered by USPS.
Q: Damaged Items:
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your products if there is damage from shipping.
Q: Sales Tax:
A: All orders shipped to Michigan will be charged 6% State sales tax.
Q: International Shipping:
A: We use USPS First Class Mail International. International shipping is NOT free. Shipping times can vary widely depending on the country, please give your order at least 3 weeks to arrive before contacting us. We have no control over international shipping times, most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving them. We do NOT ship to Italy because of strict Italian Custom restrictions.
Q: Samples:
A: We include at least one sample of our products in each order. If there is something you would like to try please leave a note in the comment area, when placing your order. We cannot guarantee a particular sample but will do our best to accommodate any request. Green Cream is not available for a free sample.
