Q: Payment Options
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and money orders. NO PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted. International orders must pay using PayPal; NO INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS will be accepted. * Please be advised that if you are paying with a checking account thru PayPal it can take up to 4 business days for the payment to clear.
Q: Sales Tax
A: All orders shipped to Michigan will be charged the 6% state sales tax.
Q: Order Processing
A: We strive to ship all orders within 72 hours of receipt; however, this is not always possible due to holiday and weekend postal closings. Rest assured though, customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us.
Q: Shipping Methods
A: Our primary shipping method is the United States Postal Service; we utilize their Priority or First Class mail service. Most International packages ship via USPS First Class Mail International.
Q: International Shipping
A: International packages ship via USPS First Class Mail International; unfortunately International orders DO NOT ship free. Also, be advised that shipping time varies greatly depending on your country; Shimmer Skincare, LLC has no control over these shipping times. We ask that you please allow at least 3 weeks before contacting us regarding missing packages. * We DO NOT ship to Italy due to their strict Customs policies.
Q: Shipping Charges
A: We charge a minimum shipping charge of $5.00 for orders under $40.00, regardless of the number of items purchased; you’ll never pay over $5.00. Orders over $40.00 ship for FREE. * These prices are valid for U.S. residents only.
A: We will gladly replace any item that has not been received within 30 days (45 days on International orders) of shipment.* Items that have a confirmed delivery thru the USPS will be exempt.
Q: Damaged Items
A: Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your product, if there is any damage caused during shipping. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and in most instances are able to resolve issues you may have encountered.
A: Returns are handled on a per case bases. Please contact Marnie at Shimmerskincare@comcast.net if there is a problem.
A: As part of our constant effort to provide customers with an overall exceptional shopping experience, it’s our practice to include at least one sample product with each purchase. If you would like a sample of a particular product please leave a note in the comment area when placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request but occasionally some samples are unavailable. * Green Cream is NOT available as a free sample.
