About Us

               Shimmer Skincare was established in April of 2007 and has been built on one women’s passion for simply beautiful, radiant, and youthful skin. Marnie Donegan, founder of Shimmer Skincare, gained direct and personal knowledge about customer skincare concerns and their needs during her seven years working as an esthetician; thou she’s been a licensed cosmetologist for twenty plus years. Recognizing her client’s needs and concerns; Marnie made it her mission to seek out and obtain superior quality products with outstanding performance. Marnies dedication and strong belief that all customers near and far, deserve “Shimmering Skincare” ultimately caused her to launch our web site and leave her position in the salon. Since 2007 Ms. Donegan has independently acquired the knowledge necessary to effectively deliver our products to you the customer through technologies that were once foreign to her.  
                At Shimmer Skincare we endeavor to consistently maintain stock of the best products on the market, available without a doctor’s prescription, and bring them to you, our customers, at market competitive prices. As our customers concerns and needs continue to be a constant driving factor at the forefront of our business we strive also to ensure the fastest delivery times at the lowest cost possible.

Vision Statement
In 2007 with a clearly defined problem and solution at hand, I decided to take a leap! Although I had never been computer “savvy” I was on a mission; not even I could have predicted then the success that leap would have, thou I was hopeful. 2011 brought our first big move into a larger facility, and now here we are writing our first official vision statement.
Our Vision here at Shimmer Skincare is not only to maintain our original product standards and meet customer performance standards but to improve and enhance them as well. Within the next year we would like to expand our current products lines and within the next two years we would like to incorporate mainstream product lines. To be in a position to compete with larger skincare companies yet maintain the devoted level of customer service only smaller companies can provide.
